      Started my journey with yoganusasanam under neeru mam 2 years back, and this is the best gift I have given to myself. I started when I was dealing with spine issues and now when I got my MRI done after 2 years doctor says “it is much better what it was so keep on doing what you are doing.”
      Thank you neeru mam for bieng such a good teacher .
      Highly recommended for everyone who looks for holistic growth.

      Ritu Mam’s timing flexibility is awesome, there are 6 sessions in a day, we can join any of the sessions, she gives proper attention to each and everyone even during the online sessions and takes care of the precautions according to the body’s needs. I enjoyed taking the class from her, she also gives a yin yoga session once in a week that helps me enhance and provides strength to muscles deeply.

      Hello! My Name is Nirmal Kumar. I have recently completed my 200Hrs TTC from Yogatreya. And I would like to share my experience with you all…

      1. Atul Sir has exceptional teaching qualities. He breaks down every asanas anatomy and steps in a manner that every student can understand. He remains very observant throught the class and observes every single student in the class. He can’t miss out on any small correction that students need while doing asanas. If a student faces any problem in any asana, he gives logical explanation on why the problem is being faced and gives logical solution to the problem.

      2. Syllabus and curriculum is very well-planned and well-thought which will provide a step by step learning experience to help you to reach from beginner to advanced level of practice without any hassle.

      3. Atul Sir ‘s instructions were very clear and detailed and I never felt that doing an asana whether it is advanced or beginner will need offline presence of a teacher.

      4. Sugan mam’s class will give you profound experience of yoga philosophy , pranayam and meditation. All the sessions were very interactive and two-way. Sugan mam ensures every students involvement in the sessions through questions/answers and gives opportunity to every student to share his doubts and questions. Tratak and Yoga Nidra sessions were very wonderful.

      5. We were also provided 15 mins teaching practice sessions where every student was to take the class…it really helped me to improve my teaching skill and boost the confidence which I really needed to become a teacher.

      6. Overall, my experience with Yogatreya was amazing. It is one of the best decision of my life to join Yogatreya. I am really grateful to Atul Sir and Sugan mam.

      APYA …jus awesome! Done my YTTC 300hrs masters (archayas) helpful understanding …i learnt not only the technique of shatkarma, Asana, meditation, pranayam ,body anatomy but discipline, balance ,patience ,detox from them . It’s so good for your overall health..i sheds weight and still going to reduce extra . Yoga se ho hoga it’s a lifestyle to live with..
      Must join the APYA for regular class or YTTC with them
