      Vyshakh is an amazing trainer. He has over the last 6 months helped me with my knee troubles and overall fitness and stamina. He is one of the best trainers I have come across. He is always punctual, keeps a check on my capacity to take on new workouts and always pushes me to do more and better.

      The AAS workshop was very informative and interactive. Genuine teacher. Gym is also very well maintained and equipments are very good.

      I have been working out with the trainer of HIIT group for the last 4 years and I am extremely satisfied with the kind of exercises he does with me. I am a senior citizen and suffer from occasional aches and pains. He not only takes care of all that but through his exercises helps me to manage them as well. I would strongly recommend my trainer and his team for anyone who is looking for a healthy lifestyle.

      Mr. Aditya is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.
