      The experience at the National School of Yoga was really good. Ajay Sir holds great qualifications and is an expert in his field. We recently visited the center and met him and were pleased with his down-to-earth nature. We went there for a project and needed some insights on Panchkosha. He is an excellent teacher, he also gave us time and made sure that all our questions were answered.

      I have been attending the prenatal yoga classes from last 2 months. I feel quite active after the yoga exercises like anulom vilom, butterfly pose, tadasana etc.. it helps me a lot during my 2nd trimester

      You and your team are fabulous. I have to leave for travel purposes, but I miss your classes every single day and will rejoin next month.

      Ritu Mam’s timing flexibility is awesome, there are 6 sessions in a day, we can join any of the sessions, she gives proper attention to each and everyone even during the online sessions and takes care of the precautions according to the body’s needs. I enjoyed taking the class from her, she also gives a yin yoga session once in a week that helps me enhance and provides strength to muscles deeply.

      I have been doing Online Yoga with Guru Ji(Anand Yog Amrit Yoga Center) since last 3 months and it helped me a lot to improve my overall health and quality of life, I would highly recommend Guru Ji to anymore looking for yoga; Guru Ji is not just a yoga teacher but a great health coach, he explains everything he recommends per human anatomy and right reasoning, the best I like about Anand Yog Amrit Center is their attention to detail even for online attendees, instructor will always watch and help to correct anyone required, this definitely makes Anand Yog center a unique one.
