      Hi,
      I have been doing iyengar yoga with Neeru Maam for the past six years. It has transformed me completely.
      She is the best teacher one could ever ask for. I am going through a tough menopause for the past one year and how she has helped me sail through it with so much ease, I can’t express in words.
      One thing I absolutely resonate with is when she says that the body pains will be there if you don’t do any yoga and they will be there when you do yoga, ( under proper supervision), but you will have a choice which pain you want to chose, one without doing anything or the one with doing it all. So we chose one with doing yoga.
      The way she explains each and every pose is commendable.
      She scolds, she cares, but above all she loves us and makes sure that we learn the poses the right way.
      She is a hard task master full of compassion and sensitivity towards her students.
      I just love her to eternity.
      Thanks Maam for making our lives so wonderful.

      My experience at Prana has been quite transformational, Led by a skilled and knowledgeable instructors. The studio is filled with an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity.
      Cheena ma’am my instructor makes one feel comfortable and supported. Her calm demeanor and gentle encouragement created a welcoming environment that allowed everyone, regardless of their experience level to be at ease with the journey.
      The sense of mindfulness and introspection truly makes this a very significant and productive hour of my day and leaves me feeling uplifted in body, mind, and spirit.
