I hv lost 3 kgs .the best part of the diet plan is that DR shalini makes a diet chart from foods readily eaten and available in indian kitchens , no fancy foods and easy to follow. Morever it has made me more educated on how to change my lifestyle and eating habits by simply replacing portion sizes and receipes that help in shedding weght as well as not making one feel hungry and starved.
