    Amazing teacher Ashok ji is! During covid he has successfully managed to teach my partner and me who live in New Jersey through zoom. His knowledge on this subject is enormous and super helpful in starting our day in an amazing way while taking care of our individual issues which his goal is to eradicate one day. I have learned such beautiful asanas and even jalniti which I never thought I could do 3 months ago!

    I have been doing Yoga with Guruji (Anand Yog Amrit Yoga center)since 1 year.It has helped me a lot to improve my overall health.I have lost 10 kgs.My body has become flexible.I have become active.I feel energized and relaxed after every Yoga session.
    I would highly recommend everyone to do Yoga especially from this place.As Guruji has experience of 40 years.Guruji is extremely professional and experienced.He has a unique way of teaching breathing technique.

    I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this yoga studio where I attend classes daily. Priti ma’am stands out for her exceptional teaching style. She not only encourages active participation in every pose but also motivates individuals to push their limits, fostering continuous improvement.
    The classes conducted by Ajay sir and Deepa ma’am have also been commendable. Each instructor exudes professionalism, providing clear guidance while delving into the benefits and meanings behind each yoga practice.     Me and my wife have been taking classes with Shivani for the last four months now.

    First and foremost, Shivani is not just a “Yoga” teacher. Of course, with a Masters degree in Yoga, having over 5 years of teaching experience and having hundreds of students under her belt makes her a very very effective Yoga trainer.

    But what adds to it is that she comes as a great counsellor too. Be it your food and diet, your exercises, your lifestyle, even your interpersonal relations – she will guide you so well that you tend to quickly place your faith in her.

    She gets talkative for sure when she gets comfortable, but that just adds on to her honest demeanour.

    Coming back to Yoga. She is very qualified and is a pro herself in executing what she teaches.
    You challenge her for some asanas and she is capable of doing the entire session with you. Very very graceful. And technically correct.

    “PULL YOUR SHOULDERS BACK” and “BREATHE” are almost like commands!
    She can be a drill sergeant and yet on days when you are tired, she will simply go easy!

    It never gets boring. Her punctuality ensures that we don’t get frustrated – even on Delhi’s chilly winter mornings she appears on time through the fog on her Scooty.
    Every session will have something new for us.

    We have never stuck to one teacher for so long. Now however we have become very regular. In addition to feeling much fitter and fresher, we are looking forward to reap the long term benefits of YogawithShivani!!
