    I recently attended a 2-day yoga workshop and found it to be a truly rejuvenating experience. The instructors were both knowledgeable and attentive, providing a wonderful mix of postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices. I left feeling relaxed, energized, and equipped with new skills for my daily routine. Highly recommended!

    I have been taking at home classes from Radhe along with my family for a month. He modifies the routine for each of us according to our medical conditions and flexibility. I like that he includes a mix of cardio and asanas from different yoga practices into the routine to customize it. Would recommend taking his classes for sure.

    Amazing sessions with diversity and novelty in every class (different namaskars, use of props like- bricks, ropes, bands etx) . Mahua Ma’am also tracks progress of each student personally and helps them according to their body type and needs!

    I recently attended a series of classes at the Prana Yoga India under Nisha and Cheena Ma’am- they are highly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They remarkably explain complex poses in a simple and understandable way. Thanks to their expert guidance, I have seen significant improvement in my practice.
