    Sanchit is an expert trainer who knows how to get the best out of me. He makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we’re doing, and consistently shows me new exercises. He is very accommodating to take my sessions according to my time zone (California, USA). He’s a good, personable guy who cares about doing a great job. Works outs were appropriately geared to what I was able to do and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. I definitely feel stronger and more fit.
    Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

    Krishna sir is highly professional and understand the needs before starting the programme. There after meticulously planning and altering of the same is done to achieve maximum to desired results. My son Is happy and comfortable in sharing his thoughts where he may fail to perform some exercises given by sir and Krishna sir immediately adapts to the exercise which is best at that point, and for me that’s most important aspect between a Guru and student.

    I have been working out with Saurav for the last 6-7 years. He’s always understood my goals and made me achieve them. What I like best about his workouts is that he keeps long term fitness in mind while he working on various needs – weight loss, inch reduction, stamina, etc. He also keeps the workouts exciting by introducing variety, and keeps mixing things up! Will definitely recommend to try out Fitness 7 Chakras.

    Mr. Sandeep Sir is an excellent fitness trainer, he is always very encouraging, motivating n has extensive knowledge of his profession. Sir always ensures that my technique is always perfect to avoid injuries, It’s a privilege to have a trainer like him.
