Ritu Ma’am is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and attentive to each participant’s needs whether online or offline. The classes are well-structured, providing a perfect balance of physical challenge and relaxation.
The atmosphere is serene with aroma of camphor and soothing chanting of ॐ makes it easy to focus and unwind. I especially appreciate Ma’am’s emphasis on proper technique and the personalized adjustments that ensure everyone gets the most out of practice.
Performing Yin Yoga – long held poses with focus on deep breaths, on Fridays is very relaxing.

July 27, 2024 at 5:02 pmI had a wonderful experience at Abode of Ram, where I joined yoga classes for the first time. I felt positive changes in my body and truly embraced the yoga vibe there. The trainers were incredibly responsible and kind to everyone. Despite my tight schedule, I am unable to rejoin yoga classes now. However, if I get the opportunity again, I would love to join Abode of Ram once more.
