January 27, 2024 at 9:32 pmI am having a 6 months certificate course in yoga at Vedic Ashtanga Yog centre. We are having two classes per week i.e, Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday we do our practical classes which is done by Ashok sir and on Sunday our classes are taken by Amit sir for teaching the theory part… For learning something theory part is very much essential along with the practical part. Before joining here my knowledge on yoga was only limited to asanas and pranayamas…But now I came to know that these were only a small part of yoga. Yoga is a vast aspect which considers many subjects. I think I am learning something new about life and yoga after joining this centre and with this my aim of learning yoga is also fulfilling….

March 24, 2024 at 6:18 pmIt’s been an year now, practicing yoga with Yoga Studio & my experience has just been amazing! The place, it’s aura & the teachers, everything just adds up to the positivity of the classes/sessions. & with some amazing friends at class, this 1 hour of the day feels bliss!
The most beautiful part is the customised bits of help/learnings one gets from the teachers & some amazing meditation sessions.
Highly recommended! 5/5 rating! & yeah, you just can’t ignore the amazing smiley host “Preeti” who puts in efforts to make these classes less monotonous & more fun!

June 19, 2024 at 9:19 amNational school of yoga is the best Institute of yoga. Ajay sir provides expert training and provides guidance in the practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Also, giving individual guidance. Ajay sir and preeti mam are dedicated and encouraging instructors. I hv been practising yoga since June 2023 and seen many changes positvely. I was facing many health issues but now it’s control and improving day by day after join yoga under the guidance of instructors. My yoga practice has improved physically and spritually. I really want to thanks ajay sir and preeti mam who always encouraging and their dedication, understanding, time & effort.
