    Hi,
    I have been doing iyengar yoga with Neeru Maam for the past six years. It has transformed me completely.
    She is the best teacher one could ever ask for. I am going through a tough menopause for the past one year and how she has helped me sail through it with so much ease, I can’t express in words.
    One thing I absolutely resonate with is when she says that the body pains will be there if you don’t do any yoga and they will be there when you do yoga, ( under proper supervision), but you will have a choice which pain you want to chose, one without doing anything or the one with doing it all. So we chose one with doing yoga.
    The way she explains each and every pose is commendable.
    She scolds, she cares, but above all she loves us and makes sure that we learn the poses the right way.
    She is a hard task master full of compassion and sensitivity towards her students.
    I just love her to eternity.
    Thanks Maam for making our lives so wonderful.

    Joining Anand Yoga has been a transformative experience. Mahua Ghosh is an amazing teacher who brings a perfect blend of knowledge, patience, and encouragement to each session. In just a few weeks, I’ve noticed a significant positive change in my life. As someone who used to be a gym person, I am now fully committed to yoga and can see myself excelling with the help of the Anand Yoga team. Each session is something I eagerly look forward to.     I have been learning Yoga from Arya Power Yoga Academy for the past 5 years and stared as a beginner and moved on slowly and consistently to do my teacher training course with Arya Yoga Academy. Im grateful for all the gurus from Arya sir, Anil Sir and Sunil sir. It was a life changing experience for me and I got to learn the different aspects of yoga.     Excellent instruction; I learned a lot. Every pose considered in depth. He taught me how to do a headstand, and I weigh 250 pounds (picture attached). You will discover the true significance and intent of yoga. You can begin your professional adventure and benefit yourself and your family by being trained. You will receive all of the necessary training from Sir to become a yoga instructor. And he’s incredibly compassionate. I’m happy to be a part of the Yogatreya training program. Sugan Ma’am’s philosophy teaching is extremely well-considered. In-depth instruction in practical pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Mudras, and Trataka. I will suggest this course to at least one household member so they can instruct at least their own family.

    Great experience. Arun sir and all the teachers are doing amazing work in transforming life of people. I am associated with Sivananda Yoga for last 6 months and experienced multiple benefits including weight loss, reduced back pain, high energy and positivity. Thanks to all teachers!
